Products are military grade MIL-SPEC as advertised. I was able to locate #10 locking counter-sunk nutplates when ALL other locations, including Aircraft-Spruce, could not supply.

Brittany was attentive to our needs. We had to source some other products you didn't have elsewhere. We would have preferred to place an order a one place. Will come back and order another time.

Have to tell you that you have the best in Brittany Cornish. She is always the most help in getting our ordered placed as soon as we send it in and always on time delivery. She is very responsive with any and all issues if any which we never have any dealing with her. She always goes above and beyond to follow up even after we received our order.
